So it's been 2 weeks since I am using Kayla Itsines Workout plan. I've been quite excited and motivated lately and have not missed any single workout.
However, I've not seen any difference yet. The weight scale stays the same, and my waist is still the same size.
Oh well, I'll still stick to it and keep exercising. Maybe it'll take a month before I can see any difference?
